Physiotherapy
Physiotherapy helps to restore movement and function when someone is affected by injury, illness or disability. It can also help to reduce your risk of injury or illness in the future. It takes a holistic approach that involves the patient directly in their own care.
Acupuncture
Acupuncture is the practice of penetrating the skin with thin, solid, metallic needles which are then activated through gentle and specific movements of the practitioner's hands or with electrical stimulation.
Massage
Massage therapy knead muscles and other soft tissues of the body to provide treatment for injuries and to promote general wellness. Massage therapists treat clients by applying pressure to manipulate the body's soft tissues and joints.
Laser Therapy (NEW!)
The technology utilizes super luminous and laser diodes to irradiate diseased or traumatized tissue with photons. These particles of energy are selectively absorbed by the cell membrane and intracellular molecules, resulting in the initiation of a cascade of complex physiological reactions, leading to the restoration of normal cell structure and function. After she obtained her degree in physical therapy she worked in a variety of hospitals and clinical settings and gained experience in different physiotherapy fields of practice with a special interest in musculoskeletal and spinal conditions.
She believes in a functional approach to treatment by use of different therapeutic modalities, and manual therapy skills. She values education and one-on-one patient care.
